CTAs vs CTVs

Something I learned recently that I use often is Call To Action vs Call To Value.

CTAs should be used close to the end goal for your customer.

CTVs are most powerfully used further from the goal when you’re simply trying to engage them.

Example:

CTAs: Checkout, Sign Up, Buy Now, Shop, etc.

CTVs: Show Me More, Get My Free Quote, Read The Post, etc.
